Terms of Service
1. Agreement
By playing Spacebuster or using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Game. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you need a parent or guardian's permission to make purchases.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to play. If you are between 13 and the age of majority in your country, you may play only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
3. Licence to play
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to play the Game for your own entertainment. You may not sell, sublicense, rent or redistribute the Game or access to it.
4. Credits, upgrades and virtual items
- Credits, upgrades, revive tokens and cosmetics are virtual items with no monetary value. They cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred between accounts, or sold.
- Virtual items are licensed to you, not sold to you as property. We grant the licence; we do not transfer ownership.
- Prices, credit amounts, upgrade costs and drop rates may change. Changes apply going forward and never retroactively remove something you bought.
- We may suspend or end the Game. If we shut the service down permanently, we will give reasonable notice on this site.
5. Purchases and refunds
Purchases are processed by the platform you play through — the Apple App Store, Google Play, or a web payment processor. That provider is the merchant of record, sets the final price in your currency including tax, and handles refunds under its own policy.
We do not process payments and cannot issue refunds directly. If a purchase fails to deliver, contact us first with the transaction identifier; we will resolve it or direct you to the provider.
Consumable purchases (revives, credit packs) are final once the item is delivered, except where local law requires otherwise. Nothing in these terms limits statutory consumer rights you have under the law of your country of residence.
6. Advertising
The Game is free to play and supported by advertising. Interstitial and rewarded ads are part of the experience. You may remove advertising through the in-game purchase; ad-blocking that breaks the Game is not supported.
We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements or for any transaction you enter into with an advertiser.
7. Acceptable use
Do not:
- Cheat, automate, bot, or manipulate scores, saves or the leaderboard
- Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract source from the Game except where the law expressly permits it
- Interfere with the Game's operation, servers or security, or attempt to bypass purchase or ad verification
- Use a callsign that is unlawful, impersonates someone, or is hateful, obscene or harassing
- Scrape or redistribute the Game's content commercially
We may remove leaderboard entries, reset saves or suspend access where these rules are broken, including where scores appear to be forged.
8. Leaderboard and callsigns
Submitted scores are public and may be displayed to other players. You are responsible for the callsign you choose. Do not use personal information as a callsign. We may remove any entry at our discretion, and we may reset a leaderboard.
9. Intellectual property
The Game, its code, artwork, audio, names and logos are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. These terms give you no rights in them beyond the licence in section 3.
10. Availability and changes
The Game is provided as-is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, that saves will never be lost, or that the leaderboard will always be available. We may update, rebalance or remove features at any time.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Game is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost data, lost profits or loss of goodwill arising from your use of the Game. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims and costs arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the Game.
14. Termination
You may stop using the Game at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms. Sections on virtual items, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability and governing law survive termination.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the operator's principal place of business, without regard to conflict of law rules. Nothing here removes the protection of mandatory consumer law in your country of residence.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page with the date at the top. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the updated terms.
